HAUL- LALALALA I WENT TO LE SHOPS!!!

oki you guys here is le haul/lookbook for my most recent shopping trip. all these items were under $10! Can you believe it? of course you can, just look at them...

  im an emotional shopper. A lot of times I buy stuff bc i love the idea of it and don't end up really wearing it out. even im shocked by my own gimmick-y bullshit sometimes. still, its totes worth it because i think i end up looking pretty swag a lot of the time if i do say so myself.....  

1. MICKEY SWEATSHIRT.  this really reminds me of the dressup games i used to play online growing up. (go to girlsgogames.com for ref)... fab for the deli or out of place at an extremely formal event, or worn with a skanky look on le subway. If you have or buy something similar: DO NOT wear it was some scene-inspired or y2k shit. if you pare this type of cheeky hoodie with say... arm bands/sleeves, legwarmers, a skull necklace, PLATFORM/buffalo london type shoes (bleh!): you will look CORNY AF. even cornier than moi! unless you are the exception that proves the rule.... in which case, congrats betch..................................................





2. ZARA TYPE LEATHER MOTO.  So freaking basic. blogger vibes to le max. chicness. the back is a bit much, i know, but it was like seven dollars . this ones v stardoll. if ykyk. otherwise- google. 


3. SEQUIN JOAN RIVERS BLAZER. love love love sequins. cute w everything, everywhere. and its joan rivers brand. this i actually picked up when i popped in "just to look" at a housing works. maybe i talked about it already on le blog actually...? whatevs ... 

4. KINDA PASSE BLAZER. this is some shit i would have been ALL overrrr in sayyyy.... 2017. When i was at fashion school lol. but its almost the holidays and im feeling nostalgic and the price was right! they all were! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                                                  



5. HOT PINK BODYSUIT. fast fashion from le thrift hits. the color and the moto shape kills moi. In person it makes my boobs look bad. I have shitty boobs and this kind of strapless just doesnt work for moi. its okay... i tell myself its french chic vibes to have low boobs anyways. 








 


6.  BLACK PLASTIC FABRIC AND A GOLD CHAIN. def intended to be a  pencil skirt. but its a bit too big!! so, i can wear it low wasted afff or as a uncomfortable, charmingly unflattering (in my mind) mini dress. What do you prefer? Comment below and let moi know! 





7.WEIRD SWEATER. i got this bc it was sooo cheap (seeing a pattern here?) and while it was crappy quality- its def at least 20 yrs old which i luv luv luv with sweaters. the fits are cooler. i think it looks pretty fucking stupid in person, but as youll see below- its great for photos. i also thought the blue would bring out my blue eyes... but theyre covered in eyeliner!





8. YES. OVERALLS. i've been wanting denim ones! i just think theyre so cuuuute! these were actually from a thrift store in Sunset Park , brooklyn... not technically this haul.  v cheap. and perfect fit! Keep in mind- I havent been able to try on any clothes lately bc its not covid safe at stores. so its hit and miss, baby. anyway, these will be cute over funny tights, leggings, socks, etc.... writer girl, winter layers, etc.. 


9.JEANS. cant explain it, i just like it. Feel like Kristen stewart would've worn as bella in twilight with like a little flannel or whatevs. 

10. DUMB FUCKING PANTS. ugh. extremely passe. i regret. def the kind of pants id wear to work or in the snow layered up only. theyre soooooo trendy. i feel like these paired with the striped blue sweater above would be a looook for an art school-er. obvi they dont even fit well and are cheapy as shit.  i guess its good to have a pair of pants seeing as i have almost none in my closet.... maybe theyll come in handy for practical purposes. or conservative purposes!! when i was like 13 i visited one of my glam great great aunts at her convent (YES she was a nun, im related to many nuns) and i wore the cutest fucking tiny as plaid mini skirt... but with tights. memz.....

EATING DISORDER DINNER PARTY/PSEUDO REHAB/GOT HIT BY A CAB/ A NEW YORK SUMMER CLASSIC.  Ello blog. Ive been doing awful bla bla bla bla but Im still le best effing writer in nyc.  le depressive bulimic episode got so bad that I had to come clean to my parents.  We met at an Italian restaurant on west 48th street above an empty salsa club for le big occasion. I wore a vintage coat made of lite fabric with gold sailor suit accents. I always feel confident in nautical-wear. AHOY!!!! I waz in such a vommit brain fog I couldn't tell what shoes I wore (which is extremely unusual for moi, I typically have a photographic memory of all my outfits, if i cant remember you or somethging you told moi: just tell me what i was wearing when it went down). Le week prior to le dinner,  I pulled a classique moi and texted a confession spiral to my dad. Poor guy. He'd been mad I'd been over-drafting all my bank accounts recklessly. I had no excuses left. LE PROZAC BIRTHDAY

  ELLO BLOGGGGG.  As Is le tradition in meg world: I've cancelled le birthday party. I seem to only make it to le pity party when it cumz to my special day. I'm sure its an issue with self loathing, or self destruction, or maybe its a toxic plea for even more attention. But usually I love to throw those kindz of issues in a tumbler with vodka and diet coke, and drink it till i have le best night ever. Turmoil is great rager fuel. But on my birthday I think I tend to just go Cray isolation mode. I'd def be a runaway bride. Or a hide away bride.  This year I told moi-self that I'm getting too old to not celebrate moi-self. But after kicking off le month of May with an exhausting week of moving and socializing like my life depended on it (I hit le Marc Jacobs party, le avenue A dives, a private dinner at Christies, le Chelsea hotel, a rando recording studio, and obv flung moi-self down canal street to dimes square barz)....
